Season prep
Book a pre-season check in March and ride out in April without surprises. We inspect brakes, chain, tyres, battery, fluids and lights and give you a written list of what needs attention.
Prices exclude parts and are indicative; the final price is confirmed after inspection.
Delivery & returns
Delivery
We ship across Ukraine through national courier services to a branch, parcel locker or your door. Pickup from our Kyiv workshop is free. Delivery cost is calculated by the carrier based on weight and destination.
Payment
Bank card online, bank transfer for companies, or cash on delivery through the carrier.
Returns
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in line with Ukrainian consumer protection law. Electrical parts that have been installed and parts ordered specially for you cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; we handle the claim.

MOTORHUB LLC ("MotorHub", "we") runs an online parts store and a motorcycle workshop. When you order online, we need enough information to deliver the right part to the right place; when you leave your bike with us, we look after it and its history. This policy explains what we collect, following the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" for online sales, and the GDPR for customers in the EU.

2. Online orders
To process an order we collect your name, phone, email, delivery address or carrier branch, and the items ordered. To confirm fitment we may ask for your vehicle's make, model, year and VIN or frame number. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number. For cash on delivery, the carrier collects payment and passes us only the confirmation.
3. Order list on this website
The order list you build on this website is kept only in your browser while the page is open. It is sent to us only when you submit the contact form.
4. Workshop customers
For service we record your contacts, the motorcycle's registration and frame number, mileage, the work requested and done, parts fitted, and photographs of existing damage taken at drop-off to avoid disputes. For winter storage we also record the storage period and the condition of the bike at intake.
5. Wholesale and agency customers
We process business contact details of representatives of garages, dealers and trade partners, together with order and invoice history.
6. Purposes
- Processing, delivering and invoicing orders, and handling returns within 14 days as required by consumer law.
- Checking part compatibility.
- Carrying out repairs and storing vehicles.
- Handling warranty claims with manufacturers.
- Sending order and service status messages. Promotional messages are sent only if you opt in, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
7. Recipients
Courier and postal services (name, phone, delivery address), payment providers, parts manufacturers and suppliers for warranty claims, our accountant and tax authorities. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
8. Retention
- Orders and fiscal receipts: as required by tax legislation.
- Service history: 5 years after your last visit.
- Drop-off photographs: 6 months after the bike is collected.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data (except where we must keep it by law), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent at any time. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
